Shipping, Returns & Refunds

We take 5-7 working days to ship your order.

Returns & Refunds

1. All return/refund requests can only be made up to 7 days after the date of the product being delivered.

2. All return/refund products must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, and in the original unused condition, tags and packaging intact, otherwise the same will not be accepted for return/refunds

3. The customer must attach a video/image proof for the return/refund criteria selected.

4. All refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days from the date of return request approval.

5. No returns/refunds to be on made to order/ custom made products

6. No returns/refunds applicable on accessories including rings, earrings, necklaces, headbands, hats, and sunglasses
